2.Spray tortillas with oil; press gently, spray side-down, into four holes of a texas muffin pan. Bake 5-10 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool in pan.
3.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan on high; saute onion and garlic 1-2 minutes, until onion is tender. Add mince; cook 3-4 minutes, until well browned, breaking up lumps as it cooks.
4.Add seasoning mix; cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Mix tomatoes, beans and water through; simmer 5-10 minutes.
5.To make the salsa, in a bowl, combine all ingredients.
6.Spoon chilli mixture into baskets. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa.
