Sesame rice
Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with foil.
2.Arrange chicken on prepared tray. In a jug, combine soy sauce, honey, sherry, garlic and ginger. Pour half over chicken, turning to coat.
3.Bake for 25 minutes. Add green onion to tray and bake for a farther 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
4.SESAME RICE: Lightly combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve chicken with sesame rice.
Chicken wings or other cuts of choice can he used. Serve with stir-fried Asian greens.
