Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a 12-hole friand pan.
2.In a large bowl, combine icing sugar, meal and flour. Mix in egg whites, then butter, stirring until combined. Fold toblerone through.
3.Divide mixture among recesses. Top with strawberries, pressing in gently.
4.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and firm. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
If liked, reserve some toblerone and press into the top of each friand with the strawberries.
