Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Spray a 1.5L (6-cup) rectangular ovenproof dish with oil. In a large frying pan, heat oil over moderate heat. Add chipolatas; cook and turn 5 minutes or until browned.
2.Add onion and bacon to pan; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until onion softens. Stir in beans, tomato and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Top with bread; sprinkle cheese evenly over the bread. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley over bake, serve at once.

Chipolatas are small sausages; you can use any type of sausage you like.
