Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Grease 8 mini loaf pans.
2.In a bowl, combine icing sugar, almond meal and flour. Add egg whites; mix lightly.
3.Stir in butter until combined. Divide mixture among prepared pans.
4.Top with raspberries, pressing in gently. Sprinkle evenly with oats.
5.Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden and firm. Cool in pans 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.
6.Serve friands warm or at room temperature.
