1.Preheat oven to 160°C.
2.Place orange, juice and lemon in a saucepan. Stir on medium for 5-10 minutes
3.Spread sugar in a baking pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, to warm through.
4.When fruit is hot, stir through warmed sugar. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil. Boil, stirring occasionally, until gel forms.
5.Meanwhile, sterilise jars in oven for 10-15 minutes. Spoon hot marmalade into jars. Seal tightly with lid. Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
Test for gel by placing marmalade on a chilled plate. If ready, wrinkles will form when pushed with fingertip.
