Method
1.Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan on medium. Cook sausages for 5-6 minutes, turning, until golden. Add bacon. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bacon is crisp and sausages are cooked through
2.Break bread into croutons; add to pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until golden and toasted. Add tomatoes to pan.
3.In a medium jug, whisk eggs and water together. Season to taste. Pour over sausage mixture and cover.
4.Cook for 8-10 minutes, until just set. Serve hot or cold, with sauce, if liked.
