Method

1.Place sugar, lemon rind and juice, cinnamon sticks and 3/4 cup water in a saucepan. Heat on low, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes, without stirring, until syrupy. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
2.Cut honeydew into wedges and arrange in serving bowls. Drizzle with sugar syrup, top with mint and a halved cinnamon stick, and serve with yoghurt or cream.
