Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on high.
2.Cook chicken 4-5 minutes, until well browned. Add capsicum and onion; cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes, until softened.
3.Add prawns; cook 1-2 minutes, until almost cooked through. Stir in sauce; cook 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
4.Stir coriander, zest and juice through. Pile onto tortillas. Serve with rocket, tomatoes and cashews.
