Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Lightly grease a 14 x 21cm loaf pan. Line base and two long sides with baking paper.
2.Cut salmon into large dice, reserving four or five strips to decorate.
3.Combine diced salmon with remaining ingredients; season to taste. Spoon into prepared pan and decorate with reserved salmon.
4.Bake 40 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven; set aside in pan 5 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
5.Place in an airtight container; keep chilled until ready to slice and serve.
