Method
1.Combine coleslaw and chilli in a large bowl. Whisk egg yolks in a medium bowl; add butter and milk. Stir in flour.
2.Place egg whites in a small bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until firm peaks form. Fold into batter; season with salt and pepper.
3.Pour batter into coleslaw; mix to combine.
4.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Place 1/3 cups of mixture into frying pan, flatten slightly and cook 2-3 minutes. Turn over and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
5.Combine yoghurt, dill and juice in a small bowl. Serve fritters with yoghurt.
Take fritter mixture to the picnic and cook on a preheated barbecue.
