Method
1.Spread bread with a little of the butter. Spread half the bread with chocolate spread. Top with banana and remaining bread, pressing down lightly.
2.Melt half the remaining butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook sandwiches, in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until golden and heated. Cut in half. Dust with icing sugar. Serve with extra hazelnut spread.
Use sliced strawberries instead of banana.
