Chocolate crepes

Ingredients

Method

1.Sift flour into a medium bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients.
2.Gradually whisk in combined milk and eggs to form a smooth batter that is the consistencyof pouring cream. Whisk in chocolate. Set aside.
3.Heat a small frying pan (or crepe pan) on medium. Brush with a little butter. Pour ¼ cup batter into pan, swirling to cover base. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate.
4.Continue with remaining batter, brushing pan with butter as required.
5.Serve crepes folded, topped with cream, raspberries and a little grated chocolate.

✦ If liked, drizzle with a little chocolate sauce: In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup cream with 1/3 cup chocolate pieces, stirring well.
