Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine cheeses, tomato, salami and basil.
2.Cut 4 x 11cm circles from each pastry sheet. Spoon tablespoons of filling onto each round. Brush edge with egg. Fold over and seal. Place on 2 paper-lined baking trays and brush with egg.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Serve.
Try filling these pastries with leftover cooked mince combined with peas. Makes 12
