Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease 2 x 12-hole mini muffin pans.
2.Using a 5cm cutter, cut pastry into 24 rounds. Ease pastry into pans, folding to fit recesses. Place a piece of cheese and prosciutto in each.
3.In a jug, whisk egg and cream together. Season to taste. Pour into recesses.
4.Bake puffs 12-15 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve warm, drizzled with honey if liked.
