1.Place oats in a bowl. Stir in apple juice until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill overnight
2.To make the caramelised apple: Heat butter in a large frying pan on high. Add sliced apple and maple syrup. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until caramelised.
3.Add yoghurt, grated apple, strawberries, almonds and honey oats. Mix well. Spoon into bowls. Top with extra yoghurt , strawberries, then drizzle caramelised apple to serve.
Remember to use regular oats, not quick-cooking oats. If you have fresh passionfruit, spoon pulp over muesli before serving.
