Ingredients

Method

1.Combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, cinnamon, cumin and coriander in a bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate heat. Cook patties 5 minutes each side, or until browned and cooked. Slice.
3.Place bread on a flat surface; spread with dip. Top with capsicum, cheese, salad leaves and sliced patty. Roll up to enclose.
4.Cut in half to serve.
