Baked eggs with ham and cheese

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Lightly grease 4 x 1/2 cup ramekins. Arrange on an oven tray.
2.Divide ham and green onions among dishes. Break an egg into each and sprinkle evenly with cheese.
3.Bake for 8-10 minutes, until egg yolk is just set. Serve with tomato chutney.

Baked eggs are best served immediately. Serve with toast if liked.
