1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Combine apple, cardamom and half the cinnamon in a 1.5 litre (6-cup) Ovenproof dish. Cover. Bake for 25 minute or until soft.
2.Meanwhile, process oats, flour, sugar, spread and remaining cinnamon until combined.
3.Press oat mixture evenly over apple. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with yoghurt.
Tip: Traditional rolled oats are best for baking as they hold shape. Leftovers: Use rolled oats in porridge or bircher muesli.
