Date and peanut butter muffins

Method

1.Heat oven to 200 C or 180C fan bake. Grease a 12-hole standard muffin tin or line with paper cases.
2.In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and sugar together until pale and creamy. Beat in eggs. Stir in baking soda and then milk alternating with flours. Stir in chopped dates.
3.Spoon batter into prepared tins. Sprinkle each with a few sesame seeds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
